PSYPACT Telepsychology Provider

The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology by psychologists across state boundaries by granting Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). 

Dr. Jenkins-Fernández was granted APIT # 4660 on 8/26/2020 from the PSYPACT Commission.

Telepsychology (i.e., not in-person) is offered to individuals residing in PSYPACT States only:

  • Colorado

  • Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

  • Connecticut

  • Delaware

  • District of Columbia
